We offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders over $500. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $15 applies. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post or DHL within 24-48 hours of placement.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Our garments generally follow standard Australian sizing. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page, including specific measurements for bust, waist, and hips to ensure the perfect fit for our tailored silhouettes.

Sustainability and ethics are at the heart of Bianca Spender. We are proud to be Ethical Clothing Australia (ECA) accredited, with a significant portion of our collections manufactured locally in Sydney using high-quality deadstock fabrics.
